Alex, LPC-IT, recently graduated with their MSE in Professional Counseling from UW Oshkosh, completed their internship at Reach, and are excited to join the team as a full time staff member. Alex is passionate about walking with clients on their journeys toward healing from trauma, and they believe in an integrated, collaborative therapeutic approach, working with clients of all ages and backgrounds to determine which approach is most compatible with them and their goals. Alex also believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship. They strive to combine perspectives and modalities in a way that serves their clients with counseling that feels authentic and beneficial. Alex is particularly interested in serving clients from the LGBTQIA+ community, and is intentional about acknowledging the intersections of the many pieces of their clients' identities.
When they are not at the office, Alex enjoys spending time with their wife and their menagerie of rescued cats and dogs, playing roller derby, camping, and any creative hobby they can find.
